Big bags can be printed using various techniques. We utilize flexo printing, where the imprint is directly transferred from a flexo plate, or cliché, to the material. This method is the most commonly used for printing on packaging materials. We can print on FIBCs in up to three colours, and if more colours are needed, the material can be passed through the printing process multiple times. The images or text printed on big bags typically include:
• Company logo and name
• The name of the material stored in the big bags
• Hazardous material warning signs
• Instructions for correct usage of the big bag
• Proper disposal and storage instructions
• Recycling signs for the materials stored in the big bag • FIBC recycling signs
The colours used for printing on bulk bags are alcohol-based, providing excellent adhesion to the material. The colours can be selected from the Pantone colour system.
