DUSTPROOF AND SEWING
1.Dustproof Tapes
There are multiple levels of dustproof construction available for FIBCs, allowing users to select the level that best suits their needs. If a buyer is unfamiliar with big bags, our sales managers can recommend a solution that matches their requirements. Based on practical experience, we propose a dustproof level that has proven effective for the specific type of material in question.
a.Without Sealing
Without sealing, bulk bags are sewn using only thread. This type of construction is suitable for packing granular materials such as grains, cereals, recyclables, pellets, briquettes, and granules. A wide variety of goods can be safely packed in FIBCs without the need for dustproof tapes
b.One Sealing Strip
Using one sealing strip in the sewing of FIBCs is typically employed for packing materials like crystal sugar and granules.
c.Two Sealing Strip
Big bags sewn with two dustproof tapes are commonly used for packing flour, processed cereals, quartz sand, and many other materials. This is the most frequently used type of sealing.
d.Three Sealing Strip
Big bags sewn with two dustproof tapes are commonly used for packing flour, processed cereals, quartz sand, and many other materials. This is the most frequently used type of sealing.
e.Bulk Bag with Inliner
An inliner provides the highest level of dustproof protection for the bag. Inliners are used for packing very fine powdery materials or liquids, such as liquid lime or water. There are various types of inliners available; for more details, please visit our FIBC Inliner section.
f.Bag in Bag
Double bags consist of a Q-Bag placed inside a standard big bag. This design offers a dustproof level similar to that of a big bag with a liner, while also providing the benefits of a Q-Bag. This solution is more cost-effective than using a Q-liner, which can be quite expensive.
Dustproof Q-Bags
Dustproof Q-bags differ from standard big bags by having compartments, known as baffles, located in the corners of the bags. These baffles can be designed without a sealing strip, or with one, two, or three sealing strips, depending on the level of dust protection required.
2.Seam Variants
Various seam options are available, and the choice of seam used during production is determined based on the capacity of the big bag.
