FILLING OPTIONS

Open Top
This is the simplest and most affordable type of FIBC, designed for easy filling. However, because this bag type lacks a closure for the inlet, the contents are not protected from external elements. It is commonly used for packing materials like stone, sand, and other building materials that can withstand exposure to weather conditions such as rain, humidity, and sunlight. Open-top big bags can be filled either manually or automatically. The fabric edge of these bags is folded to prevent sharp edges.

Flap Inlet
To protect against sunlight, a flap can be used as a lid for the bag. This flap is sewn onto one side of the bag and secured with binding ties on the other. While it provides some protection for the contents, the closure is not perfect, as dirt can still potentially enter. The flap is made from heavy-duty fabric to offer additional protection for the materials inside the bag.

Spout Inlet
This specific type of bulk bag features a combination of an inlet spout and a flap, offering double protection for the material inside. The inlet spout, protected from external elements, is further safeguarded by the flap. Both the inlet spout and the flap are equipped with special ties for secure closure. The inlet spout is typically made from light coated or uncoated fabric, while the flap is crafted from heavier coated or uncoated fabric, tailored to meet customer requirements. This design provides extra security but requires additional steps for opening and closing.

Spout Inlet + Flap
This particular type of bulk bag combines an inlet spout with a flap, offering double protection for the contents. The inlet spout is shielded from external factors, while the flap adds an extra layer of security. Both the spout and the flap are equipped with special ties for secure fastening. The inlet spout is made from lightweight coated or uncoated fabric, while the flap is constructed from a heavier coated or uncoated fabric, customized to meet specific customer needs. This design enhances protection but involves additional steps for opening and closing.

Spout Inlet + Conical Top
Similar to bags with an inlet spout, but featuring a conical top, this specific FIBC design is optimized for better space utilization within the bag's body. The conical cover is designed to ensure maximum use of space, particularly in the top corners of the bag. This type of inlet is ideal when there is a need to maximize the available space within the bag.

Umbrella
For enhanced protection against rain, big bags with a skirt or inlet spout can be fitted with an additional feature known as umbrella protection. This protective cover shields the top seams, preventing water from entering the bag at these vulnerable points
